Our ride on the Eurostar Train (fast, clean) from Waterloo Station through the Chunnel
(twenty minutes in the dark) to the Gare du Nord station in Paris lasted about three hours.
After we taxied to our hotel, we walked through a light rain for our first sights of Paris.
